This policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to My Service Builder LLC ("My Service Builder", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
If we offer a free trial, you can evaluate the Service during the trial period at no charge. You will not be billed during the trial unless you choose to start a paid subscription. If you do not subscribe, your access may be limited or paused when the trial ends. We encourage you to try the Service during the trial so that you can decide whether it fits your needs before you pay.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings, or by contacting us at support@myservicebuilder.com. When you cancel:
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, trigger a refund of amounts already paid, except as described below.
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, because you keep access to the Service for the full period you paid for. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will continue to have access until the end of the current month and will not be billed again.
If you are on an annual plan and you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the annual period. Annual fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of an annual term in certain cases.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or were charged in error, contact us at support@myservicebuilder.com within 30 days of the charge. Please include your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We review every request in good faith and will respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge over a short period and may pause access to paid features until payment succeeds. If we cannot collect payment, the subscription may be cancelled. Your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can reactivate, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a change affects your subscription, we will give you advance notice, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while we review the matter. We are glad to work with you to resolve any issue directly.
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
