Available Agreement Types

This is an expand version of the traditional Full coverage agreement type. It includes the non-moving, non-maintainable part of the syste typically excloded by a Full Coverage agreement.

The traditional version of a Full Coverage agreement. It include compressors, motors, contactors and all the preventive maintenance and inspection time needed. It also includes 24/7/365 emergency service.

A sightly modified version of the traditional Full Coverage agreement. It removes coverage for the compressors while leaving the rest of the program intact.

This is a popular program type outside the US. It provides 100% labor coverage but removes all the money for parts and components.

An above average preventive maintenance program. In fact it is well above average in term of customer satisfaction. Using this agreement over the typical PM package will produce a much lower client cancellation rate.

If you sell this as a maintenance program, shame on you. It is nothing more than an inspection. It can be useful for manufacturing facilities looking for a third party opinion of their in-house staff. IT IS NOT MAINTENANCE!
